Refund Policy
If you request The Company to cancel your travel arrangements, our liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid by you, less any of our cancellation service fees and, less charges that will be made by hotels, car hire companies, tour operators, and other suppliers. Cancellation fees normally range between 50% and 100% of the total cost, not including taxes.
Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through the corresponding email ID: info@sikhkingdomtours.com ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
If you cancel your Holiday
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received. The person who signed the booking form must also sign the letter of cancellation. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the refund amount will be on the following scale:

If you change your booking
If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
Accommodation will be booked only after receiving 100% advance.
Also be informed that you have to send a written notice on the corresponding E-mail ID: info@sikhkingdomtours.com clearly mentioning the following:
- Name of person who booked the tour/accommodation/car
- Date of booking
- Reason for cancellation
As soon as we receive the intimation in writing, we shall start with the procedure of refunding. The amount shall be refunded within 30 days of request. However in certain circumstance, the period can be extended with the prior notice.
No Refund of money: if there is show cause notice/intimation 5 days prior to the departure date, no amount will be refunded.
Also note, 100% cancellation charges will also be levied.
We cannot be held liable for, and no amount will be refunded in the following circumstances:
- Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.
- Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
- Where the failures are attributable to a third party, not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
- Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
- Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell. We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provide a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
